A Philadelphia woman who allegedly gave illegal buttock-enhancement injections to multiple people has been arrested. Padge Victoria Windslowe, 42, faces charges including aggravated assault and deceptive practices. Authorities are investigating if she is linked to the death of Claudia Aderotimi, a 20-year-old London woman who died after an injection in 2011. Police say Ms Windslowe was arrested as she prepared to inject more clients in a so-called pumping party. Her arrest on Wednesday came after one of her clients, an exotic dancer, suffered lung problems following an injection last month, said police. A police spokesman said Ms Windslowe was also a "person of interest'' in the Aderotimi inquiry, and could face murder charges if linked with her death. Aderotimi had travelled from the UK and received the injection at a hotel near Philadelphia International Airport. Detectives believed the procedure had been arranged over the internet. Ms Windslowe reportedly charged up to $1,800 (£1,120) in cash for such procedures, which were advertised as silicone injections.
